Yes. Mito Closet has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit merchandise. Every item is reviewed before listing, and eligible handbags priced at $500 or more include complimentary Entrupy authentication. See our Authenticity Promise for details.
Are the items new?
Our assortment is primarily pre-owned or vintage. Each product page describes the item’s condition and includes photographs of the actual piece you will receive.
Will signs of wear be visible?
Pre-owned pieces may show age or use. We highlight notable wear in the description and photographs, but minor signs may be present. Please review the complete listing before purchasing.
Is the photographed item the one I will receive?
Yes. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, each piece is one of a kind and the photographs show the actual item.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders generally process within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking is sent when the package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States.
Can I return an item?
