We package every Mito Closet order with care and use tracked delivery services appropriate for pre-owned luxury goods.

Complimentary U.S. shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary for orders delivered within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Additional verification may be required for certain transactions.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit time.

Signature and address accuracy

Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders. Please provide a secure, complete delivery address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; once an order enters fulfillment or ships, an address change may not be possible.
